It costs $175 a month to rent the same sized storage space that does have climate control,” Oliphant said. A larger unit costs a little more: $175 monthly to rent a 10-foot by 25-foot unit without climate control and $185 a month for a unit with climate control.
Making payments is easy at Blue Mound 287 Self Storage. You don’t need to write a check and drop it off at Blue Mound if you are signed up for their monthly automatic debit payments, Oliphant said. Spaces are leased on a month-to-month basis.
Blue Mound’s management is onsite, Oliphant said. Veterans and first responders are eligible for special RV storage space discounts.
